Guildmaster

1. A guildmaster is the one who takes the final decisions, the grand leader.
   
2. GM is the one who people come crying to when things aren't what they're supposed to be (in their eyes)
3. A GM is the one who puts things in system.
4. The GM is also the one to blame if things fail.

Almost like a president of a small country :D
